College admissions grade

I'd like to enter at Loreto(college) and it require at least 2 B and this 2 B,must be in Math,Englsh or Science.
My grade is terrible because i arrived to the uk 6 months ago...
I've got a 2 in English(even if i get a C in the tests...)
4 in Maths, a C in Additional Science and a Pass in BTEC Art.
In P.E, Further Sciencs,Geography and ICT I've got D, while in R.E I have an E+
Now as i sayed I am new the majority of the teacher saied I could at least get a C in their subject,
If I get a C in every single subject and B in Science and Math at the end of the year,could I go in that college or should i change and go in a lower one?
