Results query

How would you know that you had been given a special consideration? (Apart from if your teachers/exams officer told you?) Would it be mentioned on the results slip or would you receive a letter?

No, I don't think I did. I did however, inform my tutor of my circumstances and provided a hospital letter. She did not tell me that the special consideration in but rather ssaid that if my results were majorly affected she would include that in my reference to the unis.
