Can I apply for a student loan?

hello,
I am an EU national(Greece) and this is my first year in UK.
I am studying at Teesside University for the first time,and my course is Graduate Conversion Diploma in Psychology.I did not know if I could take a student loan for my tuition fees as I have already set up my payment plan(seven installments) and paid my first installment.Could I still be eligible?My course is one year long and I would like to apply for a loan for my course fees.

While you would be personally eligible for a postgraduate loan the course you're studying is not a full masters degree and would not be eligible for the loan. A PGDip is not a masters.
