What course for 3D animation/motion (for gaming/CGI companies)

Title says it all. Most courses i have found so far seem to offer 2D animation and 3D. Problem is 2D requires good drawing ability... mines very average... 3D though does not require that. I want to persue 3D animation, any suggestions?

Most gaming/CGI focused courses will also want some level of drawing ability.

For CGI courses have a look for VFX/Visual Effects http://creativeskillset.org/creative_industries/vfx
( eg https://aub.ac.uk/courses/ba/visual-effects-design-production/ or http://www.herts.ac.uk/courses/visual-effects-for-film-and-television or https://www.solent.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/special-effects-ba or http://www.nua.ac.uk/bavfx/)

Alternatively there are some animation courses that have a much stronger focus on computing and graphics (like https://www1.bournemouth.ac.uk/study/courses/ba-hons-computer-visualisation-animation and http://www.herts.ac.uk/courses/3d-computer-animation-and-modelling )

Thanks a lot for your help! BIG update.

EDIT: I have just found out the points change with UCAS. Wow ok that changes things. I only have 180 (pre change). I thought I could get into bournemouth seeing 120 UCAS but now my UCAS points are worth 72. I may need to do some kind of A level or BTEC in graphics to get onto a course in that case.

That really changes things... with the new tariff i only have 72 points. I have been told that you can do foundation courses to get onto 3 year courses. That may be my only option. A typical offer is 80 tariff points.
Entry based on your ability to suceed:

a range of Level 3 qualifications (NVQ 3, BTEC Award, A level)

appropriate training through work.

http://www.tees.ac.uk/undergraduate_courses/Computer_Animation_&_Visual_Effects/Art_Foundation_Year_Games_and_Animation.cfm
this will allow me to get onto 5:
- BA (Hons) Computer Animation and Visual Effects with Foundation Year - GW4G
- BA (Hons) Computer Character Animation with Foundation Year - G457
- BA (Hons) Computer Games Animation with Foundation Year - G492
- BA (Hons) Computer Games Art with Foundation Year - W283
(http://creativeskillset.org/creative_courses/courses/3506_ba_hons_computer_games_art)
- BA (Hons) Computer Games Design with Foundation Year - GWL2

The one in bold has a creative tick. Teeside may not be the best university but i know those a recognized.

EDIT: perhaps I could do just an 'AS' in graphics which would take one year. One 'C' in AS = 12 points... 72+12 = 84 points. that would be enough to do the foundation. whether or not I could do an AS at home this year that is the question... or if i should do a BTEC on graphics.
