Change University?

Hey,

I know the answer is probably no, but id like to just confirm it because ive just had someone tell me otherwise. I just got back my results and did better that expected, i thought i was going to get ACD but i got ABC. My first choice is brunel and i got the grades for that, but i was wondering if i contacted brunel and the other university i was looking at (which is higher ranked and needed 300 points), would there be a possibility that i would be able to change. They are both closed today and tomorrow so i cant ring them to find out. I know there is a contract, but my friend told me that he was able to change despite getting the points for his firm choice.

Only if Brunel agrees to release you and if the other university has space on clearing courses.

The other uni would have to accept you through clearing. Then brunel would have to release you. If both did this, then you should be able to do it. Is the other uni's course available through clearing?
