Chasing up Holiday pay

Hello all

I worked at my local Bargain Booze on and off for around 3 years, and while I was there as far as I know I never received any holiday pay. As you can imagine I've probably accrued a nice little bonus, though while I was there the other staff seemed convinced that if you weren't on a contract you weren't entitled to holiday pay, which I'm sure is wrong.

I've struggled to find what I need to do while searching online, who do I get in contact with? The shop itself? Lane End Enterprises (the parent company)? Head office? I'm thinking of writing a letter and seeing where that goes.
If it was a zero hours style contract are you certain holiday pay wasn't rolled into your hourly rate? In the first instance you'd need to write to the store manager and escalate from there if necessary.
You were or you were not on contract? Your post indicates that only those on a contract were entitled to holiday pay. is this a what you menat to say?

What does your contract say?
What does your payslip say?
Were you on min wage?

The links below explain what you are entitled to and how to make a claim.
