I know someone who had them and they always talk about having plastic surgery which shows they don't feel good about themselves.

I agree with chikane. Literally beyond me why you'd want to plump up your lips. Why? Just so you can take selfies on instagram? It's ridiculously vain. Why on earth would you aspire to be/look like kylie jenner?
