What careers can a degree in Medicinal Chemistry lead to?
I'm interested in doing this course in uni, but I would also like to know where this will take me in the future. If anyone studies it or knows about it, please can you let me know! Thanks!
A lot of people who study a degree in Medicinal Chemistry will go on into research for pharmaceutical companies, investigating and synthesising new drugs. Also healthcare scientist work is sometimes pursued- for example working in a hospital laboratory.
Further study is sometimes done such as Masters degrees or a Doctorate.
