How much do you get grilled for applying to both services? Is it a pretty tough deal?

If you mean how much do the RAF grill you about your application for the RN or vice versa - not at all. It makes sense that if you have the qualities necessary for military service then you will have considered all three of the Services and may have applied to one or more of the others.

They really can't complain that at the end of the day you want to serve your country. I've applied previously to the RAF and I'm going to have to now try and convince the Army and Navy that I want to join them.

See page one. There is a shortage of southerners!! I'm Sussex but Kent is still a long blast up the M23 then around the M25 and then down the motorway into Kent lol
