lost my clearing passport - advice needed!

I threw away my clearing passport because all the Unis i applied to through clearing rejected me. Then yesterday I got a letter through the post off Lancaster, who have changed their minds. The problem is that they want my clearing passport as confirmation, but I dont have it! Will I be ok just to write them a letter confirming my place? Thanks

Thats quite a funny situation!

I guess UCAS should be able to resend you a new clearing passport (say you lost it etc) or maybe they can even direct it to the university.
