well the contract says 23rd, sunday is the day we're allowed to move in. they can call up and ask if they can move in on the saturday but most likely they'll get told sunday. or if they're lucky,they'll tell them it's alright to move in on the saturday.

Yeah you are right Alex, until a few weeks ago we believed it was still the same as always, but UPP (BGP Management) have changed things this year to try and avoid 5 hour queues for keys like last year. So...

If you are a Postgrad or International Student you can move into BGP on the 22nd.

If you are a Home/EU Undergraduate you move in on Sunday 23rd.

Last time I heard from them, the International students were split between the two days, but more on the saturday - so check your contracts.

Your contract/agreement should clearly state which day it begins, and this is the earliest day you can move in from.

The information above is specific to BGP ONLY and is the plan in general for moving into BGP. Therefore, If you have been told specifically by UPP that you can move in on a different day then that over-rides the above.
