Letter from King's Health Centre...

I don't know how many people filled in these forms which were in the accommodation offer packs in order to register with a GP in the area but I got a letter back yesterday saying that I need to book a double appointment with a doctor because of my medical records and I'm a bit worried about what this means...has anyone else had the same thing??

Are you diabetic? Asthmatic? Anything in your medical history which they may be required to treat themselves?

Sounds like that kind of thing to me....i'm sure it's nothing to worry about! :smile:

Zebrastripes

It just means that there is something on the form you filled out that the Doctor wants to talk to you about. It just means that they get to know you and fill in their system with these details.
