AS Level not cashed in

I got AAAAC in my AS Levels. The C was in Critical Thinking.

None of my results are being "cashed in" (apart from Politics, which I am not continuing to A2.)

If I do not mention on my UCAS application that I have sat Critical Thinking, and my reference writer does not say anything about it, is there any way which any university can see that I have taken the AS level in Critical Thinking?

I'd rather universities (especially Cambridge) didn't see that I took the subject, but I don't want to risk not mentioning it if they know that I did take it...
