They won't ask for a reference. It's mainly for mature students who will have been working, so that unis can see what they've done after leaving school. But it also might help your application a bit if a uni can see you've juggled a part time job as well as school.

Also, if your paid work is something relevant to your course (e.g. for a pharmacy degree working in a pharmacy is good) it will strengthen your statement.
I doubt they'll ask for a reference. Unless your job was relevant to your course, they don't really matter much for those applying straight from school, but they do show things like time management skills which will look good and which you could talk about in your personal statement.
I had unpaid workexperience for 2 weeks. do i still have to put the detail of the employer? i did write about it in my ps...

Unpaid stuff can only go in your PS. You shouldn't put it in the employment section.
