Generally I think that Biology is more respected than Human Biology, as it's more diverse in that you cover stuff other than humans, which is generally more useful for a straight biology degree.

If you're taking the AQA A there's very little difference really so I can't imagine unis valuing one over the other. Both cover the core areas of biology. A-level Human biology even covers non-human stuff such as photosynthesis. Equally A-level biology goes deeper in some human stuff compared to human bio, so for example we cover the female reproductive cycle in detail whereas the human biologists don't bother at all.

Really if you're struggling to choose have a look at the different specifications and see what you think you would prefer.
