Interview questions

Hi! Im applying to Sheffield, Leeds, Cardiff and Birmingham. Could anyone from last year that has had interviews with any of these please post any questions they can remember being asked. Its just so I know what sort of thing to expect. THANKS! :biggrin:

Yeah thanks thats very useful but there arnt any for Leeds or Cardiff which Im applying to. Any inetrview questions you can all rmember (especially from the unis im applying to - Sheffield, Leeds, Cardiff and Birmingham) would be very helpful to add to this!!!

Oh whoops realised you just said you didn't get them from Leeds and Cardiff lol sorry, most interviews will be similar though. It might not be exactly the same, but I had an interview at Leeds for dentistry and they focused a lot on my personal statement and I know the university likes to think of itself as "professional". Definitely think of what this word means to you.

Also, there's a good book out there that analyses 150 typical questions and the 'perfect' answers, costs about £25. Can't remember its name though, sorry!

oh yh, i have that its called 'Medical School Interviews' by George Lee and Oliver Picard. ISBN 1-905812-04-3
its v good - i recommend it!!
