Would some one be able to give me some ideas of what questions an interviewer would ask you over the phone? thanks

Hi I had a telephone interview on wednesday for a customer services job (not sure if its a similar role to yours?) they asked me mostly competency based questions, such as explain a time when you received good customer service, name a time when you had to work under extreme pressure etc. Just giving past experience really
