Freeview in Halls

Hey everyone.

I'm trying to install my freview in Owens Park but I can't find an aerial cable/socket in my room anywhere. (As in one running from the main aerial on top of the building)

Should there be one?


So at the moment all I have is an awful aerial that sits on top of my TV, which isn't pickng up signal for freeview :frown:


Any ideas?

I'm in Sheavyn House and none of the rooms (except the kitchen) have an aerial socket. Do what I'm doing and download Freewire and you get all the Freeview channels on your computer for nothing. It's a bit jerky if you use it at peak time, but better than nothing!

Just remember that you are required to have a TV License under the Communications Act 2003 to watch live or nearly live broadcasts on any device, including laptops and PCs.

But yes, you would be better getting Freewire. In the next couple of months they're launching pay-per-view services like Setanta aswell, so keep an eye out for that if you're into sports.

im in whitworth park n i have the same problem...my aerial cant pick up any signals for free view atleast i hadnt bought the tv license :s-smilie: :frown:
