Default DMU student union and freshers week
 
Well i decided to post this here considering DMU doesn't have its own forum. Basically, i'm just wondering what peoples opinions are on the student union and freshers week. I'm considering applying for 08 and just want to know peoples opinions etc really.

thats what freshers is all about
they have different fairs like a commercial fair etc plus theres lot of offers at clubs, different things going on at clubs too, its wicked.

ive been at DMU for 2 weeks now and its really good.
heard the SU is good though i haven't been yet myself
i want to go to the Big Bad Chesse one night! a night of pure chessy songs!!

Im applying for art and design foundation so i don'y need to apply through ucas this year. Have you seen the uni? I cant get to open days but am considering going there because it seems like the right place for me. What are you applying for ?

im applying for youth and community
and they keep sending me stuff through the post..lol
and i went to the open days and it seemed like a really great place
really fun and the professors all seemed really excited about their subject

they keep sending me stuff through the post
ive been sent quite a bit too lol
i haven't been able to get to any open days but im hoping to go to a faculty open day soon to get a feel for the place
I hope the professors are the same in art subjects too lol
