Anyone struggling to get onto the email system from home through IBIS?

Yep i can't get on it haven't been able to all day! my email doesn't let me log in either, it's not worked at all since i've had it! I went to the uni today to try and get it fixed but i have a feeling it's still not going to work when the groupwise webpage starts working again

Take a look at IBIS news or the Service Status page that my tell you if there is a problem.

Groupwise - looks like they have changed to a new email system then, had to happen after I left didn't it!

only first years and staff are on groupwise, not 2nd and 3rd years yet. but its going to happen. aparently, according the the *distant* CITS guy.

I still can't get on mine! Its saying my password is wrong, i've been to the university twice about this problem and it's still not been fixed! Where do you usually go to report problems with accessing Emails?

Maybe you need your password re-setting.

Yea i can get onto IBIS, its just the email i can't get onto! It hasn't worked from when i enrolled!

go to chritchely. or the CITS guy in the library, at the enquiries desk.

friends of mine have been having a problem because they ahve been putting in there whole email adress, all you need to put in is your number, without the @chester.au.uk

i never put in my whole email address just the number, i've been to CITS and they still haven't sorted it, i've been 3 times! Not sure what else i can do!
