MFL Open Day... thing...

I've applied to go on this Modern Languages Uni Course at Cambridge in January. I'm not quite sure what they do but here's the website:

Is this any good? Have any of you done anything like this? I've spent £65 on it and I'm not entirely sure what it's about and if it's useful or not.......
