Read the link!

It's one at a time. So if you get rejected or change your mind, you can apply to one more. Then, if you get rejected/change your mind, you can pick another one etc.

And Clearing isn't strictly one either. You can only apply officially to one, but you can contact as many as you like and obtain unofficial offers
