Most universities will ask for at least an A in maths. If you want to go to a very good university such as Imperial then I recommend doing further mathematics.

You'll need at least GCSE Maths, generally at grade B for most London Unis (bar Imperial and UCL which explicitly ask for A level Maths). Otherwise the requirements are usually quite flexible. Some of the other UoL colleges ask for an A level in a science or engineering subject if you're taking A levels atm too.

Best thing you can do is check the Uni's respective website, which will state the entry requirements for the course.
