Lol! I love the people in here who are like 'i'm putting an AAB offer as an insurance... just in case...' !

My step sis did that and got... BBC! She went through clearing and got a place at Sheffield though ^_^

I was a bit unsure about putting it as my insurance, but I've been advised to go one grade below my firm and Bristol is AAA. :frown:

Otherwise, I would have selected a uni with a lower offer for insurance. Although, you have to be pretty confident you will get the grades for your firm offer, so one grade below that seems sensible.

Wow. I got ACDU (retaking and will almost certainly get AAAU) and I was planning to apply to Bristol, Nottingham, York, Birmingham and Aberystwyth. Looking at what everyone has got, I might just take a year out so they can see my final grades, not my ****** AS grades =/
