If your applying through a school/college, your reference is usually your head of year or teacher. At my school, each of my subject teachers writes me a reference and then teacher puts them all together to make one reference. Then when you send it, the teacher will add the reference and send it onto UCAS.

If your applying as an individual, you will need to get someone to write you a reference, which you then put in yourself.

By the sounds of it, your applying through college, in which case the reference is being sorted out by them. You could ask for a specific teacher to write it, but try not to offend anyone

So basically I don't have to do anything... I just send off my application as it is?

Yeah. If you want any confirmations, speak to your school
