You don't need a card or bank account to open a Paypal account, but as far as i know, it is possible to link a bank account to it without a card if thats what you mean :smile:

I do have a card but its not a debit card. Its a 16+ card or I think its named 'SmartCard'?

Yeh well, create an account, then go to add/edit bank account, and you can follow the instructions from there :smile:

You can only make payments from your bank account if your account accepts direct debit instructions or you have a debit card.
