Bradford Assay

I have this lab report on the determination of protein conc by using the Bradford assay. I have done my graph wit the values for BSA at 595 nm absorbance, the graph is a rising linear one but I don't know how to calculate the concentration of my two unknown protein samples:confused:

How do I do this?

Can you calculate the concentration from the calibration curve by the equation y1-y2/x1-x2? there is this other one x= (y-a)/b, who does that one work?
