Aerobic Respiration is respiration using oxygen:
Glucose + Oxygen = Carbon Dioxide, Water and Energy

Anaerobic Respiration is respiration without oxygen:
Glucose = Carbon Dioxide, Lactic Acid, Energy

Anaerobic respiration, when your body can get the oxygen it needs, is therefore 'normal' respiration; when the body can't get enough oxygen, and goes into anaerobic respiration, the glucose doesn't entirely break down (so you get less energy) and the lactic acid it produces causes pain (cramps) etc, and you need to recover by getting oxygen back into the body.

Your (very short) posting history shows that you don't seem to do much of your own homework. It is very convenient to come here and get others to do it, isn't it?
