its good to get things off your chest.

Well I think you can actually wax them. No pain, no gain. Otherwise, if you want to remove the hair permanently and fairly painlessly (though at a monetary price) i'd suggest laser hair removal. Not sure of the causes, maybe some form of late puberty or imbalanced hormones.

laser actually does hurt, i got my facial hair removed so that now i don't have to go get threading done and it hurt soo much, it takes a really long time since you have to go in sessions and is pretty expensive but the end results are good, you can wax though, hurts alot but at least you get rid of the hair

Can't you leave it there? The hair on my nipples has never bothered my bf.

Is the hair really fine or thick? If its thick get rid of it! otherwise if you're comfortable with it then leave it, your body at the end of the day

If there's just a few hairs, just get some tweezers and pluck them. It'll sting for a second but no pain after that. Has the amount of hair you have changed recently, in thickness or colour too? Do you have irregular periods or have gained a lot of weight recently? It's probably nothing, but excess hair can be a sign of PCOS. Or it could just be that you've got a dark complexion- I know some of my friends have to wax a lot more frequently than me, simply because I'm fair and they've got very dark hair.
Most people have them, male or female. The best way I found to pull out any one single hair is:
Go into shower, turn the temperature of water slightly higher than norm. And just let the water run over the hair. After about 2 - 3 mins your skin should start redden a bit, now you can just pull the hair out with NO pain.
Pair of tweezers should deal with the nipple hairs
And you probably aren't hairier than normal, it's just that you've only recently noticed. Are you dark haired? I am, and I've got more noticeable body hair than my fair haired friends, particularly on my forearms (I shave my legs, or I'd look like a lil gorilla when I wear a skirt  :p:

actually laser does hurt. but then again, so does waxing/threading and so forth, so it's all relative :dontknow:
This may be slightly irrelevant, but I remember hearing somewhere that some hair (specially on your torso) can indicate a high fat content in your diet. For example, if you're female and have dark hairs underneath your belly button, you should probably think about cutting some of the fat out of your diet... I think!

Nice one lol

I dunno, it says on depilatory creams never to use them on your breasts but I don't see why particularly...skin on your face is sensitive yet you can use special depilatory creams on your face, so I think so long as you get a sensitive one, you should be able to use that.
Our bodies are covered with fine hair . . . its natural, and kinda cute in the right places . . . if the hair is pale and fine, just leave it. Any bloke who gets funny about you not having a perfect porn-star bare body isn't worth it.

Ahhh I think you just answered the topic I was about to post... Thanks!
If one were to cut out the aforementioned unnecessary fat... Would the hair become reduced or...?
I just realised I have to wave byebye to KFC Mini Fillet Mondays. Sigh.

OP - I'd say leave it in general, if you can, I think breasts are too precious to risk doing things to.

Me too! Ha ha... Now I'm relatively skinny and I am proud of my figure (for the most part) but my diet does consist of sugar. I would live off ice cream if I didn't have a conscience.

and general hairiness. :frown:

just recently I'm noticed I'm a lot more hairy than normal, any ideas what's causing it?

oh, and hairy nipples... obviously can't shave or wax. what to do?

(btw, i'm a 19 f  )

nipple hairs- well I assume it isn't a jungle. You can pluck them as you would eyebrows, just be extra careful. General body hair though - well, there's not much you can do about all of it, you have to decide how bad it is in certain places that are bothering you - decide if it's worth doing anything about.

More hair could just be your hormone levels changing. If it's extreme, I'd go see the doctor, but otherwise - you are still growing and your hormoes are still changing, so it's natural to have some variation in levels.
