Re: Betting Tips & Discussion10 goals in 60 games, there's a reason why the odds are @ 200/1(Original post by Stevo112)
£10 on Ribery top scorer + France to win @ 200/1
if cash
£500 ew on Chicago bears Superbowl XLVII @ 25/1

Re: Betting Tips & DiscussionDaft bet id say but the odds are good. But as pinda said if hes scored 10 goals in 60 games i highly doubt hes going to bang in 10 or 11 over this tournement.(Original post by Stevo112)

1 vs Estonia on 5th
1 vs Serbia on 31st may
1 vs Iceland 27th
He seems to be hitting some relatively decent form recently. If he maintains this sort of form then he will be in with a shout, and he is certainly overpriced @ 66/1 for an each way bet and France are a good pick for the outright market.
So for £10, or 2 hours or sitting on my arse at work, i'm happy to place that bet

Re: Betting Tips & DiscussionThanks for that....(Original post by Jono404)
Fiver on Arsenal, Liverpool and Fulham, returns about 25. My mate reckons Bournemouth to beat Portsmouth is an absolute certainty and has put 50 quid on it at evens, I don't fancy risking that much.

Re: Betting Tips & DiscussionOnly a tenner, seemed like the best bet since Newcastle-Brighton last year though....(Original post by Jono404)
Hope you didn't put too much on it. No such thing as a sure thing. Only Fulham came through for me on my treble, more surprising results than usual. -

Only a tenner, seemed like the best bet since Newcastle-Brighton last year though....You two did check beforehand that Portsmouth have taken on around eight players on short term deals and have Lee Williamson, Brian Howard etc? Decent League 1 players. Sorry Welsh Leprecaun but that was an appalling tip from your mate.(Original post by Jono404)

Anyway, I've made my first mistake of the season; Arsenal. They seem toothless in attack and edgy at the back, going to cost me some big wins from small amounts this weekend. This will however mean that we should be able to pick up some very good odds backing against them in the future.
Gone for a standard accumulator today; Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and PSG.
Chelsea looked good up until the red card.
Manchester City at home to Southampton is a mismatch.
Valencia are missing Saldado as a doubt, Banega and their keeper are out.
Barcelona and PSG both speak for themselves.
Should be a standard procedure, if there is such a thing in football. -
