i am pretty sure it doesnt equate. For an A2 Qualification you must do all 6 units of that board (or the units required) and get a grade of E and above overall. Doing two different boards will mean you are not doing an A2 you are just doing 2 incomplete A2 qualifications

It doesn't work that way. I'm on OCR for Maths, but if I go to a different school that uses another exam board, I have to start the AS again.

You can change exam boards, within limits.

You have to organise a Transfer of Credit between two boards (I had to for Maths [AQA to Edexcel] and Biology [OCR to Edexcel B]).

AQA Media AS to OCR Media A2 is an acceptable transfer.

So I will have to fill out the details on the last page and send away in order to complete the merge?
Your exams officer will have to do most of that - you just need to provide your Statement of Results normally (to get the UCI and all the unit codes).
