Wilkinson Application Form Help

Please anyone who has filled this form in ,. please do help..

I am applying for the customer service assistant job.... What kind of qualities are they looking for, i..e in three words... also what type of things will they be attracted to when being asked, why do you want to work for wilkinson?

please help.

i personaly just put things like..
always a nice enviroment when go into the store
friendly staff want to be apart of a FAMILY BASED business (they like that)
i got a letter bak saying i was successful but already filled places.! wierd aye.
i work for debenhams now though its all ok

Confident, approachable and intuitive.

As for why you want to work for the company think of things like, a nice environment to work in, you've always found the staff friendly, reputable company, oppertunity to progress and learn.
