Definately not when you work as a nanny in a household with three children, who are completely spoiled and behave like little monsters with which you have to deal while they make you tidy up the whole house, cook etc. :mad:
But I always try to look at he bright side: I improve my English and I will be able to survive at Uni because I learn to cook and wash and iron and clean and .... :rolleyes:

I rather suspect everyone's gap year will be the best gap year to them ;-).
Hopefully come October when I go to Uni I'll still think that!!

I am in U6 now, but I did a 5 week expedition with Raleigh International last summer. It was the most amaaaaazing five weeks of my life. Raleigh International will undoubtedly make your gap year 'the best gap year'

I did 6 weeks in the Peruvian Andes with the British Schools Exploring Society between L6 and U6... I remember about this time in U6 some serious pining started!!

...I don't think I could handle a full year in the UK now.
