any chance getting in?

I got shocking ACD for AS(maths,biology,chemistry)+A2 maths C(i was taking double) Anyway,I'll retake biology, chemistry and A2maths in January.
Now i'm doing A2 bio, chem and AS accounting.
My teacher havent set the predicted grade, and i really like the biochemistry engineer in UCL, the entry is BBB.
I dont know what to do, shall i talk to my teacher ask for higher prediction?
but teacher always said to us the prediction is base on your AS grade. i'm so upset...what can i do??

I think you should definitely apply...an appropriately worded reference from school will show that you are capable of better grades than your AS's show. But...do you not think that you would have more chance of getting the grades you want if you did fewer subjects? Do you really need to do the AS in economics this year? Having done 5 (inc general) AS levels this year and getting 5As, Ive gone down to 4 this year, to reduce the workload and ensure I get the best possible grades in the qualifications that I need. Less subjects would make it easier to work for your resits. Also will the extra have any bearing on uni application anyway?
