    Yeah, you will only lose 1 or 2 marks for not x 2 (or whatever) - the rest of the method must be OK.

    I think their main fault was that the diagram was a very poor one, there were no proper boxes or anything. Plus, they did not specify as to whether there were any data below 59.5. It was a pain in the a*se and slightly unfair question, but I doubt they'll actually give everyone full marks for it or whatever...if you got 6 or 24 or whatever the most you'll lose is a couple of marks.
