Canvas Camping
Hey
Has anyone worked for Canvas camping company? As a courier? Or in fact in any company like this, e.g. eurocamp.
If so how much do they pay?

Yeah i was a courier last summer.
Pay is absoloute crap, and i mean total crap, below the minimum wage. They claim you have to pay 'rent' for your tent on the campsite so they can get away with paying min wage.
The interview isnt so much about your experience or qualifications, its really just about seeing how well you'd cope living out of a tent in the middle of nowhere for 4 months.

wow thanks for that reue i always wanted to know about it cos i'm always tempted each summer but resist. how low is low, how many hours are u paid for etc/
