Are you organised? Have you had experience in retail/hospitality before that would make you stand out? Are you willing to learn from your mistakes? Are you willing to learn from your colleagues? etc etc.

Why is customer service important? Because the customer comes there to have their needs/desires fulfilled and customer service is all part of that - making sure they are totally satisfied, making sure they've received a friendly/accurate/efficient service. Making sure you don't give them the wrong change and serving them with a smile is as much customer service as dealing with complaints.
Don't mention a hatred of coffee :smile: Thats always put me off applying for coffee shops

Yeah just focuson customer satisfaction, on provding them with a service they want. A chance to learn new skills that can be applied to life etc

Hmm its doubful as they usually tend to get it done as quickly as they can if they are short staffed but you never know. Another vacancy may have come up anyway so its still worth handing it in and trying!
