Courses that are Maths with Economics will have more maths than economics, if that's what you're looking for. You can also get some Economics courses which are very maths based.
On joint courses check the options available. Most courses are pretty flexible so you can opt for the mathematical options. If you want to do loads of maths with a little economics, then just do a maths degree and pick some economics options when you're there.

UCL Economics is supposedly one the most mathematical around.
