Yes, easily - but then again U2 are my fave band for a variety of reasons.

PF are probably in my top 5 somewhere - i love soem of their stuff but I could live without a lot of it. There are certainly quite a few other bands that provide a larger quantity of good songs if not matching the quality of some of PFs stuff.
Dude, I think very highly of your music taste most of the time, but U2 really suck....

each to their own though, that's what makes things interesting :p:

Then you think my music tastes suck!! :p:

PF were good live, dd some good shizzle of stage but cant touch some of U2s best live stuff IMO - and live stuff is almost 50% of a great band for me.

I am also a fan of powerful voices and singing of which Bono was very good at - PFs singers on the other hand were about as good as me (although it did click for their type of sing).

unlike ND, most pink floyd songs dont require much vocal firepower!

I've been meaning to buy Meddle for about 3 years. I daresay I'll eventually get round to it.

No no, I've heard Echoes many times, thanks to the bounty of Limewire. I've just never got round to actually buying the album, having been put off by reports of its patchiness. But hey, I'll go and buy it this week.

Truth be told, I haven't actually listened to it, despite the fact that I bought the two-disc limited edition. That's because I was disappointed with All Of A Sudden, I Miss Everyone; at the fact that it took the band four years to release an album that just sounded like rejects from Those Who Tell The Truth....

The former's artwork is lush, though.

Pink Floyd remixes should be outlawed imho, it's...scandalous.

Hmm, I used to think that, but I quite like Dub Side of the Moon.
