Yes, easily - but then again U2 are my fave band for a variety of reasons.
PF are probably in my top 5 somewhere - i love soem of their stuff but I could live without a lot of it. There are certainly quite a few other bands that provide a larger quantity of good songs if not matching the quality of some of PFs stuff.
each to their own though, that's what makes things interesting

PF were good live, dd some good shizzle of stage but cant touch some of U2s best live stuff IMO - and live stuff is almost 50% of a great band for me.
I am also a fan of powerful voices and singing of which Bono was very good at - PFs singers on the other hand were about as good as me (although it did click for their type of sing). -

That's because I was disappointed with All Of A Sudden, I Miss Everyone; at the fact that it took the band four years to release an album that just sounded like rejects from Those Who Tell The Truth....(Original post by Inquilaab)

The former's artwork is lush, though.
