Quite a lot of people get put on hold, and quite a few get offers at the end of it. I wouldn't worry too much, you've still got a good chance

Really? I really really.. really hope so. On the letter it says you are in this 'small' group of applicants. I don't think that's a good thing..........

large group = less chance of an offer
small group = more chance of an offer (theoretically)!!
its better than a rejection...just think you're still in the same position as you were after your interview...you don't know whats going to happen! They obviously like something about you not to reject you straight away so be positive and good luck, fingers crossed for you! x
Rolos! You go to my school

I've also been put on hold.

At least its not a rejection.

Meh.
I think it's like the equivalent of being pooled at Oxbridge, which, as everyone is saying, is not a bad thing.

im on hold too from manchester. its not a smalll group at all...loads of people of NMM are in the same situation - more than people with offers. Its just a way of keeping us quiet till all the interviews are done. Still a bit gay though!!!
