Possible?

I have recently changed my mind about what to study at Uni, from Bioscience to Engineering, most probably either Aeronautical or Electronic. I was wondering if I stand a chance at getting onto a degree in either of these Uni's; UWE, Bristol, Exeter or Plymouth with my qualifications; A grade in AL Electronics, C in AL Geology (completely irrelevent I know) and a pass in FdSc Physics and Biology (involved two hours of seperate mathematics learning per week).
It seems as though I've got the Science/Tech part covered, but not the maths. I've never been brilliant at mathematics but its improved alot since taking Electronics AL and FdSc Physics.
So do you think I would be accepted?

Any feedback will be appreciated. :smile:

EDIT: FdSc = Foundation Degree

im not sure, you might have to do a foundation year first, this would basically catch you up with the maths you missed.

Yes, that would probably be the most viable option in my situation. Do you know of any Uni's that offer Foundation Degree's in Engineering?
I'm going to spend my entire life doing Fd's :redface:.

Thanks. :smile:

Hmm I found an Engineering Foundation Degree at UWE...

Quote:
"The foundation year provides preparation for entry to honours degrees in:

* Engineering
* Music Systems Engineering
* Aerospace
* Electrical and Electronic Engineering
* Mechanical Engineering
* Motorsport Engineering
* Joint honours degree in Music Systems"

It sounds pretty good to me. I must've missed it before.

Does anyone know any info about this Foundation Degree?
