whats a transcript?

on applications when it says transcript, does that mean a piece of my work?

for my second year, i got a current gpa score and a cumulative current gpa score, now my 2nd year did count for 20 credits, which one is it that counts? as the cumulative one is slighlty higher.

Nope, a transcript is a piece of paper that shows all the marks from every piece of ASSESSED work you've ever done, and your averages for each year of your degree that you've completed so far. If you can't access one (say through a student online portal) then your uni/uni department should be able to provide one for you.
