    Lord of the Rings Concert
I'm going to the Lord of the Rings concert at the Royal Albert Hall where Howard Shore will be conducting a night of music from the film. I'm sooooo friggin' excited! Who's happy for me? Anyone else going tomorrow night??

I wouldn't mind going, if I had known about it, I do like the music from LOTR quite a bit after all.

But will the concert be that good? Personally I'd rather have efforts being made to produce films or programmes for The Hobbit and The Silmarillion than a concert, but that is just me.

But it will be very difficult to produce any kind of program for the silmarillion, since it does span a very long time and you have to disimilate between the valar, elves and men, which could be very difficult.

I know, shame really. But you could at least do something with them surely?

Because sometimes if you do too much work on successful ideas they become unpopular, although other reasons can take a part in it. Look at certain computer games and films.

They could pick a part of the epic and write it off as a trilogy.

There, there. I'm sure you'll visit the UK soon enough, and something really cool will be going on. Then you can rub it in my face.
