I wouldn't mind going, if I had known about it, I do like the music from LOTR quite a bit after all.(Original post by ArisGreenleaf)
I'm going to the Lord of the Rings concert at the Royal Albert Hall where Howard Shore will be conducting a night of music from the film.
I'm sooooo friggin' excited! Who's happy for me? Anyone else going tomorrow night??

But it will be very difficult to produce any kind of program for the silmarillion, since it does span a very long time and you have to disimilate between the valar, elves and men, which could be very difficult.(Original post by NDGAARONDI)
But will the concert be that good? Personally I'd rather have efforts being made to produce films or programmes for The Hobbit and The Silmarillion than a concert, but that is just me. -
I know, shame really. But you could at least do something with them surely?(Original post by wiwarin_mir)
