V100 HISTORIANS- oops, did I do something really wrong!
On that gay questionnaire thing I wrote my modules without dates like 'decollonisation and the british empire' and 'power and control of the third reich'. Im guessing the university dons are not stupid and will figure it out but am also guessing they might be a bit rude when I go to my interview and critical of that- also I havn't heard back confirming they've got my form etc. and confirming they've recieved my form? did you guys hear? help would be much appreciated ,please! i may be stressing so over nothing so do let me know! thanks x

I wouldn't worry. They didn't mention my questionnaire at all, and I'm sure you'll be fine. If they don't know, can't guess, or look on Google about when those were then that would be bad on their part. There are so many interviewers you could have that it's impossible to tell what they'll be like or what they'll ask you exactly, but you should be fine. How long ago did you send the form off and you may want to ring UCL (Hist. Department) on +44 (0)20 7679 1340 and ask them how it is, because when I rang them about stuff they were exceedingly helpful. Nothing to lose by doing it!

I didn't get a reply to say they had my questionaire and essay. Also don't worry about the dates, I'm pretty sure that most History lecturers will know at least roughly when these things happened, plus the fact that they will have probably read so many questionaires with those modules on if its a popular exam board.
My tutors were great, really nice and friendly, I'm sure they won't be critical over something so little. Also like admonitor, my questionaire wasn't used in the interview so I'm sure it'll be fine.

My questionnaire wasn't mentioned in my interview, and like the other two posters I didn't get any confirmation that they had received my essay and questionnaire - I just assumed that because I hadn't been contacted asking where the hell it was/to tell me that the interview was off because they hadn't received it that they'd got it.

My essay was used in the interview though.
