yea i was gonna say durham and warwick
sheffield- but you need to choose whether yuo want civil/mechanical or electiracl/computer
edinburgh-you have to specialise 2nd/3rd year as far as i can remember from my research last summer
aberdeen- specialise 2nd/3rd year
there were a LOT more but i cant really remember, it was a long time ago, but since im procastnating i will go and find some more :smile:

I would think carefully about whether general is the thing for you. There are other more general courses around, things like Bath's IMEE or Bristol's Engineering Design.

Because it's a lot of work and people who are genuinely interested in all the main branches of Engineering are generally thin on the ground. However, if you are then that's great :smile: I'm set to be doing a general course myself, although my insurance was the IMEE.

I wouldn't worry :smile: My point was that if you think that you'd hate structural and civil say then you might be better off with the IMEE etc.

well i am truly interested in most of the engineering disciples so i think the general course is the right way to go.
