Is manchester uni hard to get into?

Hey, im worried that i wont be able to get into manchester uni. i want to do optometry or pharmacy...help!

im in yr 12 btw and doing biology, chemistry and psychology.

Have you looked at the entry requirements for the course? As long as you get good AS grades, and have predicted A2 grades which satisfy the entry requirement, write a good personal statement and have a good reference, you have a good chance. Manchester is quite a popular university, but make a good application and hopefully you won't have anything to worry about :smile:

I hear it's the most applied to University in the UK, and on the website it tells you how many people apply for the place that you want ... that should give you some idea, look up your course choice and do some background research. Good luck, though.
