How long do PWC normally take to respond after the first interview stage?

Does anybody know roughly how long PWC take to let people know of the outcome of their first interview? Do they do it by email or by phone?

It can take them between one and five days to let you know. Your interviewer should have explained this to you at the end of the interview. They phoned me to let me know I'd got through and then emailed to confirm it. I'm not sure what their policy is for rejections.

They took five days to let me know I'd gotten through - when she told me at the end of the interview that they'd let me know by email I was sure I hadn't gotten through, as I thought email was only for rejections but apparantly not.

They took 3 weeks to let me know I had passed my 1st interview, and they emailed. So obviously it takes them as long as it takes them, just have to be patient (easier said than done, I know).

Thanks for your responses folks. Someone phoned about ten minutes ago to let me know I got through to the next round. It's the first time I've ever actually succeeded in passing a big four interview - I'm well chuffed about it. :biggrin:
