So if it normally the cup size or the back size being wrong that causes the straps to be big? I think my cup size is right because the smaller was too small and there was loads of space in the bigger so could it be the back size?
Okay you might know this.

So I had this bra a while back in a 34 F (I'm a 32G now though) and my boobs just would not stay in the cups properly when I had it on for a little while. However, I loved the bra. The bravissimo lady said I could either try all the possible sizes on around my size, or just try another style. I tried another style and got a different plunge bra, but I really loved that style. So, should I have gone up a cup or two? Or was that bra just not destined for my boobs? :frown:
Do you measure many girls who are size 32E? I'm 32E but I look completely in proportion with my body which is why some of my friends don't believe me when I say! I do have largish boobs but they're not like Jordan or anything. Can you recommend where I can get a really good push-up bra for my size?

Okay, not lingerie, but...

I'm looking for some classy, sexy but not too sexy nightwear. Just nice feminine pieces. Nothing la senza-y and nothing grannyish. It must wash well because I can't afford to continuously replace. I want it to look good on me as well. I have the odd bump :p:

Ok i'm gonna answer 2 questions here for you i'm gonna suggest this, looking at your pic it'd look amazing with your skin tone and shape

I have permanantly falling down bra straps due to sloping shoulders, it is so irritating! I might go and get remeasured actually just to double check its not due to the fact that I'm wearing the wrong size.

Also, I was wondering, is there such a thing as a backless bra? Because I have so many tops that you can't really wear a bra with without seeing the back. Any reccomendations?

Here are some ideas that your size wrong

Bra that is too big:
Straps falling down
The back rides up and you're wearing it on the tightest hook
There is space in the cup
You find yourself getting pain at the top of your breasts where the strain is

Bra that is too small:
Straps dig into the shoulders
The wire is sitting on breast tissue
The breast tissue is spilling out of cups and underneath also
You cannot fit 2 fingers under the back
Aquamarine.

Again i'd reccomend gossard for this, here's the links:

32E is a very common size, it's probably unlikely those girls are wearing sizes too small!!!!!!

Ultimo are lovely bras but alas are not made for ladies who are an F cup+ Although they make it avalible the WAY they make the bras does not fit the shape many larger girls have, to be fair the ultimo bras are more made for those who have had breast enlargments and are a G cup, as it's unlikely a natural G cup would sit the way the bra is made lol

Try the gossard lace bra????

Im a 34D or sometimes I buy a 36C if a shop doesnt have bra for my size. I have never owned a bra that I would consider comfortable and pretty, they are either one or the other but never both, any suggestions?

Ps thanks for being so helpful OP!

Hmmm that looks pretty good and the price is good too. Hmmm, might try it!The highest cup there is an F, does it go higher? In plunge I normally have to go up a cup size, not entirely sure why :ninja:
Will probs just go in and try the various sizes on!

Rep for you!

You can get backless bras, madienform and wonderbra do pretty good ones..they're fidly but good

problem is they only go so far low down, so if you want a totally backless bra i'd suggest a stick on bra, not sutible for cups sizes C+ though

Here's a few links

It does go up to a G cup, probably just the internet store hasn't got it in stock (is v.popular with F+ ladies)

Just pop in store and you'll find one!!!

A 36C is an equivalent size of a 34D sometimes i suggest doing so, usually customers don't find it works aswell but in some cases it's a good idea to do if you have an odd size

I suggest popping in and getting a fitting an uncomfortable bra is not your friend!!!

just thought i'd mention, for bigger ladies you can get these sticker things, you stick it on the bottom of your boobs and over your nipple, then hoist your boob up and stick it on the bit above. it's not a bra as such but it does give you some lift and i hear they work pretty well.

i'll see if i can remember where they were from.

I'm wearing this bra right now - it's so comfy! I wasn't quite sure at first as i usually go for more padded bra's to feel secure, but I'd bought the satin plunge a few weeks before and that was lovely. Both give me amazing support (30DD), are a great fit and are lasting a lot longer than my previous bra's.

Also as Miss Scarlett said you've been amazing answering our questions! This thread should be a sticky so that you can always answer bra questions and there arn't a million threads in the forum.

Try booking a fit before you go?? And you can tell them you're interested in the gossard way, and ask if they can reserve your size for the fit so you have it there!!! We love it when customers are super organised lol

Book a fit, resserve your bra and then you can get one-to-one service and not have the worry of whether the bra is in stock aswell
Soundsfamiliar
