I would like to find out whether this is true or not and what the actual implications iare, if it is true?

That PMS produced one of the worst 1st graduates by any medical school! 60% failed GMC regulations!

The person who said that said that he received his info from an East Anglia med school lecturer who got his info from a GMC newsletter.

How does one fail the GMC regulations? Unless you fail your finals, all you have to do is state that you will be competent at a list of objectives, and thats about it. 60% sounds like a complete load of nonsense to me!
