You don't get U's in AEA's do you? I thought it was merit, distinction etc?

You can get Distinction, Merit or U in AEA, the U just means that you did not attain a high enough score to warrant a passing grade.

If you do get a U in AEA, you get no certificate for it and you have no worry about declining a U grade seeing as getting a U means that you get no grade at all.

In short, you get a U in your AEA, you will not have to put it on UCAS.

I thought that in AEA you still must declare it even though it is a U.

I thought differently but I suppose if you really don't know, you could always call UCAS
